Samsun Sport, Education and Promotion Foundation (SAM-SEV) was founded in 1988. Our foundation has got 201 members as of today, and is run by a board of 11 directors. Since it was established, our foundation has engaged in many activities that are included in its main legislation relating to the provincial-wide city of Samsun.
